Can you ship Express or Priority Mail?
Yes. Most orders will ship via USPS 1st Class Mail and UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, and UPS Next Day Air are available and if you would like this upgraded option please contact us for availability and payment information.

Do you charge handling fee?
Yes or No. For some promotional items, we don't charge handling fee and we even offer free shipping. Normally, we charge extra fee for packing labors and packaging material. The fee is based on the size of package. Usually, the handling and packing fee is between $1~3 dollars.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, we do offer discounts for large orders. Please use the Ask seller a question link with your needs list. We will send you a quote for consideration.

Do you combine shipping costs?
Yes, we do. Our shipping is set up to automatically combine shipping with reduced rates for multiple purchases.

How often do you ship?
We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as a minimum. We do ship more often during peak periods.

Do you ship right away after I place an order.
Yes, we ship orders every 2 days. However, some items are shipped by our partner companys and maybe take longer for delivery. If you order Kikkerland, Dynomighty Design and Kito Design products, please allow 1~4 weeks for delivery. Again, most items can be shipped within 2 business days.

What about feedback?
Feedback is very important. It helps you and me know what type of seller or buyer we are dealing with. I will post a positive feedback for you (to buyer) upon knowing your item was delivered. I would appreciate one from you (to seller) when your package is received.

Can I track my order?
Yes ! you can always email us or call us and inquire about your orders and we will reply you the correct left over time in delivery schedule.

What about custom's duty? Am I suppose to pay for it?
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely your responsibility.

Do you offer any guarantee on your products?
Yes, we offer 14 Days 85% refund or exchange service. For most items, you have 1 year warranty from manufacturers.

What is your return policy?
You can return defective items within 30 days for (1) exchange , (2) 85% refund, or (3) 100% store credit.

Can I return non-defective items?
Yes, you might return non-defective items within 14 days after we ship out the items. 15% restocking fee will be charged for for any non-defective items. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

What is the procedure to return an item?
Please contact us to get a RMA number and return address. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted. * Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges

Do I have to pay for the shipping even the item is defective?
Yes, Buyer must pay Return shipping charges UNDER ALL Circumstances, Even If the item is defective. Seller will promptly ship the new one at NO Charge.
